We are looking for a Process Validation & Quality System Engineer for our client in Veszprém to join an international team. In this position, you will be responsible for process and software validation, document management, as well as the development of the organization's quality management system and digitalization. Alongside senior colleagues, we also welcome applications from candidates with 2-3 years of experience!
Tasks
- Process optimization and software validation (50%): digitalization, review, and training of business and manufacturing processes. Validation of machine control software and macros, as well as conducting statistical training (Minitab, SPC for Excel) for colleagues.
- Document management (30%): Testing and validation of new features (User Stories) in Azure DevOps. Improvement of Good Documentation Practice (GDP) and data management solutions. Customization of templates and macros in the IFS ERP system.
- QMS system (20%): Active participation in maintaining quality management and change management processes; resolving system-level support tickets. Coordinating software updates and keeping ISO standard requirements up to date.

Requirements
- Higher engineering (or related) degree.
- Experience in process and software validation.
- At least intermediate English proficiency.
- At least basic German proficiency.
- Experience in developing and maintaining quality management systems in regulated industries (e.g., medical technology, automotive, aerospace).
- Advanced statistics and data analysis skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally occasionally (trainings, workshops).
