Bank Network Management (BNM) is part of the Corporate Shared Services organization within the Chief Operating Office (COO). As a Bank Account Completeness Oversight Officer, you will oversee the integrity of Citi's owned bank account repository and drive the enterprise's annual account attestation program.
Tasks
- Lead execution of the annual Citi-owned bank account attestation program, ensuring compliance with Citi policy requirements across multiple business lines.
- Partner with stakeholders globally to obtain timely account attestations and provide technical guidance.
- Monitor, investigate, and drive remediation of non-compliant or never-attested accounts.
- Track, analyze, and report program performance through recurring and ad hoc metrics, dashboards, analytics, and executive-level reporting.
- Perform large-scale data analysis, reporting, user acceptance testing (UAT), and control assessments.
- Maintain account ownership records, procedural documentation, and sustainable control frameworks.
- Identify and implement process improvement and automation opportunities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) with 3-5 years of experience in the international financial services industry
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities independently
