For our manufacturing partner, we are looking for a new colleague for the full management of the Business Unit, and to ensure and coordinate the operation of the area.
Tasks
- Full management of the Business Unit (managing shift supervisors, technicians, operators)
- Ensuring and coordinating the operation of the area through cooperation across multiple departments
- Achieving quantity and quality targets, tracking products from production to warehousing
- Managing operational and development plans with the involvement of related areas
- Managing and supervising the area's production budget
- Responsibility for enforcing occupational health and environmental safety regulations
- Operating and maintaining the production system and preparing regular performance reports
- Professionally presenting the area to clients, participating in audits
- Implementing product and process changes with the involvement of multiple areas, handling documentation
- Supervising daily production activities, immediate intervention in case of deviations, following training plans

- Higher education
- Intermediate English language skills in writing and speaking
- Minimum 3-5 years of automotive experience as an OEM supplier
- Knowledge of stamping technology
