Tasks
- Improving the performance and capacity of the designated production line
- Continuous improvement of OEE and efficiency
- Identifying and eliminating losses, bottlenecks, and hidden capacities
- Leading technical and organizational improvements in cooperation with maintenance, engineering, and production teams
- Data-driven problem solving, root-cause analysis, and developing sustainable solutions
- Developing capacity-increase opportunities and development projects
