Deligo is a leader in visual AI self-checkout for the convenience retail industry. As an Integrations Engineer, you'll own the delivery of Deligo's POS, payment, hardware, and partner API integrations from initial scoping through rollout and ongoing improvement in a hybrid role combining client-facing technical project ownership with hands-on engineering work.

Tasks

  • Own integration delivery from scoping to launch
  • Deliver POS, payment, hardware, and API integrations
  • Do the technical work directly like making changes to configuration, mappings, scripts, and lightweight integration code
  • Use AI tools throughout the delivery process
  • Investigate escalated integration issues
  • Coordinate work across teams and partners
  • Verify changes before and after release
  • Keep integration information reliable
  • Improve how integrations are delivered and supported

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical project management, implementation, solution delivery, or similar cross-functional technical role
  • At least 2 years of hands-on software development experience, ideally with backend systems or integrations
  • Strong understanding of APIs, SaaS systems, and data exchange between connected platforms
  • Comfortable debugging, testing, and implementing technical changes yourself
  • Practical experience using AI coding or development tools as part of real work
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
