Tasks
- A diverse program of high-quality training in leadership, management tools, and store operations
- Five one-week modules: theoretical overview, case studies and role-play, teamwork, team building, and comprehensive training
- Between modules, on-the-job training, coaching, and guidance with the designated store manager mentor
- Participation in the store manager exam at the end of the fifth module

Requirements
- At least 1 year of team leadership experience
- Commitment to managing your own development, full responsibility, and decision-making in dynamic day-to-day operations
- You are a good communicator and able to create a positive work atmosphere
- You are driven by an internal force and results-oriented
- You know how to get things done: you keep your cool and provide direction even in stressful situations
- You are not afraid of physical work
