Our company develops and manufactures innovative LED lighting systems for indoor agricultural growers worldwide. To expand our small engineering team, we are looking for a technically minded Quality Engineer who is able to oversee complex technical problems, gather necessary information, and coordinate the steps leading to a solution between development, production, and our partners.
Tasks
- Coordinating the investigation of customer complaints
- Liaising with international service partners and domestic production
- Organizing and tracking warranty repairs
- Collecting and systematizing technical problems and feedback
- Summarizing necessary information to support development and management decisions
- Following up on the resolution of quality issues with partners and in production
- Cooperating with the development and production team
- Preparing statements and reports on quality processes
