As a Senior Data Analyst on the Dynamic Ads team in our Budapest office, you'll play a vital role in driving the performance of our customers' campaigns through data-driven analysis and hands-on optimization. You will turn data into actionable insights, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive measurable impact through a deep analytical and problem-solving approach.
Feladatok
- Monitor the performance of dynamic campaigns and analyze key metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for client improvements
- Proactively identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in campaign data to inform optimization strategies
- Implement optimization techniques to improve campaign performance, including bid adjustments, targeting adjustments, and creative optimizations
- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to refine campaign elements and improve results
- Generate internal and external reports on campaign performance, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with account managers to align campaign objectives, messaging, and target audiences
- Attend client calls to gain a deeper understanding of their needs and perspectives (POV)

Elvárások
- 5 years of technical experience, preferably in digital media or other data-intensive environments
- Hands-on experience with SQL to query and analyze large datasets
- Experience using Python, R, Excel, or BI tools to process and visualize data for actionable insights
- Proficiency in designing and analyzing A/B tests and other experimentation frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, data-driven approach
- Fluency in English
