Join Grohe, a market leader in water technology, as our new B2C Manager for Hungary. You'll play a key role in growing our direct-to-consumer business, combining digital sales leadership with retail channel development to maximise commercial performance.

Feladatok

  • Lead e-commerce growth: Develop and execute sales strategies across direct-to-consumer channels and online marketplaces, optimising product listings, pricing, and digital merchandising to improve conversion and sales.
  • Develop DIY retail partnerships: Build relationships with key buyers, identify market trends, analyse competitors, and implement promotional campaigns and effective product displays.
  • Manage and develop the team: Train and support promoters and sales representatives, establish KPIs, and drive strong performance and brand presentation.
  • Drive data-led decisions: Analyse sales performance, channel profitability, and stock data to identify opportunities and support business growth.
  • Collaborate across teams: Work with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Order Management to coordinate campaigns, improve forecasting, and ensure product availability.

Elvárások

  • A bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in DIY retail and/or e-commerce, with e-commerce experience particularly valued.
  • A strong understanding of digital sales, direct-to-consumer marketing, and consumer purchasing behaviour.
  • Experience with consumer products, ideally products that are easy to use and install.
  • Strong analytical, commercial, and negotiation skills.
  • A structured, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
  • Fluency in Hungarian and English.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are an advantage.
