Feladatok
- Deliver the P&L of the Speedy Glass service centers in the assigned region.
- To embody the Belron culture based on our 4 core values: genuine, collaborative, caring and driven.
- Drive the performance of service centres in your region to ensure the achievement of objectives across our four dials.
- Collaborate with peers and internal partners to optimize the performance of your business unit.
- Inspire employees in their care to go above and beyond to deliver a world-class customer experience.
- Solve problems and work with teams to develop solutions, procedures, and business processes.
- Recruiting, engaging and fostering talent; provide training and performance management to build and maintain a high-performing team.
