Scolia builds automated scoring systems and digital experiences for darts. Our products combine real-time scoring with visually engaging, video-game-like experiences for social, residential and competitive players. We are looking for a Senior Game Product Designer to make our games more engaging, intuitive and enjoyable. You will focus on improving the full game experience: game flow, pacing, feedback, rewards, progression, animations and the way important moments feel.
Feladatok
- Improve existing games through better UX, dynamic animations, pacing and player feedback
- Design new mechanics, challenges and gamification systems
- Create game flows, wireframes and interactive prototypes
- Define UI behavior, motion, transitions and celebration moments
- Run playtests and iterate based on player feedback
- Work closely with our UI artist and developers
Elvárások
- Experience in game UX, product design and motion desgn or interaction design
- A portfolio showing complete interactive or game experiences
- Strong understanding of player motivation, feedback loops and progression
- Good sense of UI, motion and visual hierarchy
- Ability to design within web performance and implementation constraints
- Experience collaborating with developers and artists
