Schaeffler is a dynamic global technology company offering many development opportunities. We are looking for an HR Executive to join our team in Szombathely to advise Hiring Managers across Region Europe and own the end-to-end recruitment process.
Feladatok
- Advise Hiring Managers across Region Europe (excl. Germany) as their recruitment consultant
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from the briefing meeting and recruitment strategy to the signed offer
- Source and pre-screen candidates directly through our internal database, LinkedIn and other platforms
- Write candidate reports, organize interviews and take part in them
- Collaborate with local HR and Hiring Managers to prepare offers, obtain the necessary approvals, and share them with candidates
- Keep candidate records accurate, provide considerate feedback to unsuccessful candidates, and deliver regular and ad-hoc reporting
- Track labor market trends
Elvárások
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Economics, Psychology, Labor Law or a related field
- Relevant experience in Recruitment
- Slovak at native level (C2) and very good English, spoken and written
- Customer-oriented mindset, intercultural awareness, and strong decision-making abilities
- Conceptual and creative thinking
- You work well in a team and also deliver on your own
