Join our dynamic team at Siemens Energy's Blades & Vanes Operations in Budapest as a PLM Lead! In this pivotal role, you will ensure business continuity and optimize product lifecycle management as we transition through an upcoming retirement. You will manage PLM systems, such as Teamcenter, and streamline processes within a lean manufacturing environment.
Feladatok
- You will manage and optimize Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems to ensure reliable product data management for blades and vanes manufacturing.
- Oversee the release, revision, and archiving of engineering drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), and technical specifications to maintain data integrity.
- Collaborate with Lean and Operations teams to streamline engineering change management (ECM) processes, reducing cycle times and waste.
- Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for PLM system users across engineering, manufacturing, and quality departments, ensuring smooth operations.
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation to onboard and upskill team members on PLM processes and tools, fostering a knowledgeable workforce.

Elvárások
- You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (preferably mechanical engineering), Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related technical field.
- Strong experience in PLM administration and engineering change management within a manufacturing environment.
- Your skills include PLM & Engineering Systems, CAD/CAM Data Integration, and ERP & MES Integration (SAP), enabling you to navigate complex systems effectively.
- You are proficient in process mapping, standardization, and technical training, ensuring that best practices are shared and implemented across teams.
- Business fluent English and Hungarian is a must.
