At Alfa Laval, you will have the opportunity to work with leading technologies and help customers improve the performance, reliability, and lifetime of their equipment. As a Field Sales Engineer, you will support customers across Hungary with service solutions for decanters, centrifugal separators, and heat exchangers.
Feladatok
- Promote and sell service contracts, upgrades, maintenance solutions, and other aftermarket services.
- Build trusted relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer challenges and recommend tailored, value-adding solutions.
- Provide technical advice that helps customers improve equipment performance and extend asset lifetime.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across your territory.
- Visit customer sites, conduct assessments, and deliver technical presentations.
- Travel across Hungary approximately three days per week.
- Work closely with Service, Technical Support, Customer Support, and Finance teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Follow opportunities through from initial discussion to successful solution delivery.

Elvárások
- Experience in technical sales, preferably within industrial equipment, machinery, or service solutions.
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Proven B2B sales and negotiation experience.
- Strong understanding of mechanical equipment and industrial processes.
- A customer-focused, self-driven, and solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with international teams.
- Excellent communication skills in Hungarian and English.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly across Hungary, approximately three days per week.
- Comfort working in a dynamic and changing business environment.
