The Unit Cloud Services operates on a national and international level for medium-sized and large companies, developing and operating agile, cloud-native products. We are looking for a Process Manager to adapt and implement processes for modern Cloud IT Operations, working with our platform partners in the OpenStack ecosystem.
Feladatok
- Eliminate wait times in Agile workflows.
- Consistently automate with common frameworks.
- Design and implement internal tools and services.
- Maintain an overview of processes, communication, and motivation within the team.
- Establish and communicate processes where necessary.
- Engage in improving overarching process-landscapes and structures.
- Work in a community where everyone helps each other in an open and trusting manner.
Elvárások
- Completed studies in a technical, engineering or business subject or comparable professional training.
- 5-7 years of professional experience in IT with a focus on modern cloud technologies.
- Good knowledge of process creation and documentation, especially for DevOps.
- Extensive knowledge in infrastructure automation.
- Knowledge of agile development processes.
- High level of customer orientation.
- Ability to assess technical solutions and find creative approaches to solutions.
- OpenStack and programming experience in open source projects is a plus.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
