In April 2021, Bosch proudly established its first regional HR Service Hub in Vecsés, serving the Central Eastern European (CEE) region. Feladatok
- Supporting and coordinating processes within the assigned functional area, while ensuring the effective execution and continuous optimization of standardized tasks.
- Planning, implementing and monitoring activities to secure high-quality outcomes, and making informed decisions related to individual aspects of your responsibilities.
- Collaborating with relevant stakeholders on core functional matters, identifying solutions within existing standards, and contributing to their occasional enhancement as needed.
- Carrying out additional duties assigned by the employer to support overall operational efficiency.

Elvárások
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in personnel administration; SAP knowledge is considered a strong advantage
- Proven track record working in a multinational environment, ideally within a Shared Service Center
- An analytical and proactive mindset paired with excellent communication and organizational skills
- The ability to make well-founded decisions and identify suitable solutions autonomously
- Proficiency in both Hungarian and English, in written and spoken form
