The ContiTech group sector develops and manufactures cross-material, environmentally friendly, and intelligent products and systems for various industries. We are looking for a Training Coordinator to manage training programs, onboarding processes, and competency matrices.
Feladatok
- Organize, coordinate, and monitor technical and production training programs.
- Support and align the work of trainers operating across shifts.
- Develop and maintain training materials, work instructions, and training documentation.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees and monitor their integration.
- Manage competency and qualification matrices, and coordinate employee certifications and re-certifications.
- Measure training effectiveness and develop improvement recommendations.
- Ensure training compliance for audits, track and report KPIs, and maintain training-related performance metrics.
