Our client, a growing international company with a finance hub in Budapest, is expanding its team and hiring for two exciting opportunities: Senior Financial Reporting & Control Specialist and Controllership SME.
Feladatok
- Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end close activities
- Ensure accurate financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliations and financial controls
- Contribute to audits, compliance activities and process improvement initiatives
- Identify and implement process improvement and automation opportunities across finance operations
- Drive standardization and simplification initiatives in accounting and reporting processes
- Support finance transformation projects

Elvárások
- 3 years of experience in Accounting, RTR, Reporting, Financial Control or Controllership (for Senior role)
- Strong understanding of closing and reporting processes
- Experience working with ERP systems and Excel
- IFRS and/or US GAAP knowledge is an advantage
- Fluent English
- Strong Accounting, RTR, Reporting or Controllership background
- Proven interest in process improvement, automation and digital finance solutions
- Advanced Excel skills; VBA, Power Query or Power BI experience is an advantage
- Curiosity for AI and the ability to identify practical automation opportunities within finance processes
- Openness to supporting and coordinating a small team of 2-3 FTEs in the future
