draft — pending legal review

Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Oleg Kostrikin, Hungary (as a legal entity for the project has not yet been established, the founder is personally responsible for the data). For any questions regarding your data, please contact us at privacy@jollyjob.co — we will respond promptly and assist you.

What data we collect

The waitlist form collects only the minimum necessary information:

The UTM tag is stored in your browser only for the duration of your visit. We do not use advertising cookies or behavioral analytics. Like any website, our server maintains technical logs (IP address and request time) strictly to protect against cyberattacks and system failures. These are stored for no longer than 30 days and are not linked to your application.

Purpose of data collection

Data is collected exclusively for early access purposes:

We do not send advertisements, nor do we sell or share your data with third parties for their own purposes. For data storage, we use a processor — Supabase (servers located in Frankfurt; a data processing agreement has been signed). The launch notification will be sent via the channel you provided.

Legal basis for processing

Your data is processed based on your consent (GDPR, Art. 6(1)(a)), which is provided by checking the corresponding box in the form. Providing your data is optional; however, without it, we will be unable to notify you among the first upon launch.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by sending an email to privacy@jollyjob.co. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. The waitlist is intended for individuals who are at least 16 years old. We do not make any automated decisions based on your data.

Where and how long we store your data

Your data is stored within the EU (Supabase Frankfurt data center). Data is retained until the official JollyJob launch plus 6 months, after which it will be deleted. If the launch does not occur by December 31, 2027, all data will be automatically deleted. You may request earlier deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Your rights

At any time, you have the right to:

To exercise any of these rights, please send an email to privacy@jollyjob.co. If you believe your data is being handled improperly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hungarian supervisory authority (NAIH — naih.hu) or the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
